All minimum premiums are fully earned at policy inception. Minimum premiums cannot be refunded after the policy effective start date.
If premium paid exceeded minimum refund, a pro-rated refund may be issued depending on the date the policy is canceled.
If the policy is canceled prior to the policy’s effective date, a full refund will be available.
